The studio in Eixample (modernist area) is situated on the 6th floor with lift. Is a 24sqm studio apartment with its own entrance, features private bathroom, fridge, microwave, stuff for breakfast and internet.
The studio in Gotic (antique area) is situated in a 4th floor without lift. Is a 30sqm private studio with its own bathroom and fully kitchen.
The one in Eixamplke is very close to Sagrada Familia, just 5 minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia, where are you will find some of Gaudi's buildings & the train direct to the airport, Born neighbourhood is just 10 minutes away while Plaza Catalunya & Ramblas is easily reached within 15 minutes walk.
The one in the Gotic is very close to the sea, and in the middle of the old city center.
