Apt. Gran Via is a beautifully accommodation with a tasteful mix of modern facilities set in the genuine architecture of 2 amazing central apartments. We offer 13 private rooms, kitchen and shower facilities, excellent central location and all at great economical rates.

The top apartment has 6 spacious private twin rooms (each with 2 single beds), a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms with tub/showers for all guests to share. There is also a large common room with 2 sofas and dining table. The terrace in this flat also has a dinning table and chairs which is great for taking in a little fresh air or an outside meal.

Our other apartment is located just below and is nearly identical. This beautiful flat has 7 rooms in total. (4 private twin rooms, 2 double rooms and 1 private double with ensuite.) The 6 rooms with shared bathrooms, share 3 modern bathrooms and all guest share the fully equipped kitchen and dinning gallery.

Location
We are located in a great neighborhood centrally situated just 10 min. walk to Placa Catalunya , Arc de Triumph, Casa Batllo and just a 15 min. walk to La Rambla and La Padrera. Metro and bus stations, internet cafe and phone booths are all just 5 min walk. Also a great feature to our location is the small convenience store and cafe/restaurant downstairs.

CHILD POLICY: (Children 12 yrs and younger are not allowed to stay in the apartment.)

NO RECEPTION AREA!!! (The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your EXACT CHECK IN TIME.)

FREE CHECK IN:12:00 pm to 21 pm

25 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
50 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
75 euros (1:01 am to 11:59 pm)

CHECK OUT: 11 am

NO LUGGAGE STORAGE: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station.)

CASH ON ARRIVAL: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48 HRS. CANCELLATION POLICY: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Understand that if your group is 6 people or more you MAY BE REQUIRED to leave a 100% refundable security deposit.

From barcelona airport:
Take the aerobus to placa catalunya. Then walk up pg. De gracia to gran via, go right.walk 4 blocks to the corner of girona.

From sants trian/bus station:
Take the l3 green metro to the metro station catalunya.then walk up pg. De gracia to gran via, go right.walk 4 blocks to the corner of girona.

From 'estacio del nord' bus station:
Take a taxi to the corner of gran via and girona or take the metro to the urquinaona stop.
