Groups! Groups! Groups! The Apt. Super Balmes is a combination of two private apartments located on the same floor. Each private apartment has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are perfect for groups of 10 and 12 people. Below is a description of each private apartment.

Super Balmes I (10 bed private apartment)
Modern 5-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Barcelona. This is 120 m2 (1200 sq. Ft.) apartment is great for groups of 10 people. The apartment has a great central location and has all the basic furnishing to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
All the bedrooms are located on the exterior side of the building and have balconies and glass window doors. This gives fresh air and natural light to all the rooms. Each room also has 2 single beds, clothes closets, fans, electric radiator heaters, bedside tables, night-lights, bed linens and towels. 3 of these bedrooms have small table and 2 chairs. The living area is the center of the apartment and has 2 sofas and 2 chairs. One of the sofas converts into a double bed for 2 people giving the apartment a maximum occupancy of 12 people. (If you wish to use the sofa bed for additional guest please contact us after booking) The kitchen is very large and fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen table is set for 6 people, but combining the 3 room tables and 6 room chairs the kitchen area will comfortably accommodate 12 people for a united dining experience. The bathroom area was designed especially for groups. Each shower, toilet and sink are in separate rooms. There are 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks giving the possibility for 6 people to use the bathroom at the same time. This shortens preparation time and gives your group more leisure time. The apartment is also with WI FI internet connection.

Super Balmes II (12 bed private apartment)
This 120 m2 (1200 sq. ft.) 5-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona?s center and is perfect for groups up to 12 people.
This modern apartment offers all the basic furnishings to have a comfortable stay while on your Barcelona holiday. There are 5 spacious bedrooms in total. 3 are twin rooms with 2 single beds each and the other 2 are triple rooms with 3 single beds each. All the rooms have balconies and glass window doors; this gives each room fresh air and natural light. The bedrooms are also equipped with WI-FI, clothes closets, table and 2 chairs, bed side table, night lights, bed linens and towels. The living area is small and has one sofa and 2 chairs. The Kitchen area is also compact but is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils. The kitchen tables are bar style tables that sit 8 people comfortably. Combing 2 of the room tables and 4 room chairs will easily accommodate 12 people for a meal together. The bathroom area is nicely organized for groups. The 2 showers, 2 toilets and 2 sinks are all separate giving the possibility for 6 people to use the bathroom facilities at the same time this saving on preparation time and adding to leisure time.

LOCATION:
The location of the apartment is simply perfect as is sets in the heart of Barcelona?s center. Plaza Catalunya is the center square of the city and La Rambla, Spain?s most famous street are just 5 minutes walk from the front door. All main transportations for Barcelona are accessed from Plaza Catalunya. This means 5 minutes from the apartment you have complete access to; metro, bus, train, airport bus, taxi, touristic bus, bike rental, Moto rental, car rentals and taxi. Not only is the apartment easily accessed it sets in the middle of the city?s main tourist and shopping area. This gives your group the opportunity to leave the apartment on foot and walk to nearly all the main attractions, shops, museums and restaurants.

If your group desires to share its vacation time together in the same apartment and want the convenience of being in the center of the city then this modern 5-bedroom apartment will be an excellent choice.

No Party Policy: (No parties are allowed in the apartment. Meaning no loud noise/music, smoking or heavy drinking are allowed in the apartment)

Minimum Stay: 3 nights

No Reception Area!!! (The management office hours are EVERYDAY from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you CALL US when you arrive in Barcelona, and BEFORE you arrive to the apartment to receive your Exact Check In Time.)

Late Check In Charges:
50 euros (21:01 pm to 23:00 pm)
75 euros (23:01 pm to 1:00 am)
100 euros (1:01 am to 13:59 pm)

Check Out 11 am

No Luggage Storage: If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the SANTS train station or the NORD bus station

Cash On Arrival: remaining balance is due on arrival in CASH EUROS ONLY! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted

Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged 40% of the total reservation.

Security Deposit: 500 euros, 100% refundable at check out

Cleaning Fee: 80 euros, this is for cleaning of the apartment after your group leaves

Apt. Super Balmes is located at Balmes 12, on the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat. The entrance sets between two cafes. (cafe-cafe and cafe balmes 12)

From Barcelona Airport:
Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya. From Placa Catalunya it is about an 8 minute walk across the Placa to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat.

From Sants Train/Bus Station:
Take the (Green)L3 metro to the station Catalunya. Walk to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat.

From Estacio Del Nord Bus Station:
Take a taxi to the corner of Balmes and Ronda Universitat or take the metro to the Universitat stop.
