This is a large shared apartment where you can take a private room and use all the shared facilities. The apartment sits on a small pedestrian street in the heart of Barcelonaï¿½s Old City just 2 min. from La Rambla.

The apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and a large covered patio. The 4 rooms (3 Doubles, 1 Quadruple) are all PRIVATE ROOMS with locking doors, exterior window doors, balcony, clothing closet, fan, heating, bed linens and 2 towels. The SHARED kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge and all cooking and eating utensils. There are 2 complete bathrooms; one with shower and the other with tub/ shower. These facilities are shared by all guests and all common areas are cleaned daily. The covered patio has 2 dining tables and 12 chairs and is a great area to dining or just relaxing. (NOTE: The apartment is situated on the second floor and the building has No lift/elevator.)

Location
This apartment is located in the heart of Barcelonaï¿½s Old City. This area is referred to as the Gothic Neighborhood. This is the most touristic area of the city and here you will find many tourist exploring the small cobble stone streets, old Catalan Architecture, and small squares/plazas filled with restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and even some have dance clubs. The area is walking distance to many attractions such as; La Rambla, Plaza Reial, La Boqueria, Picasso Museum, Plaza Catalunya, Port Vell, The Cathedral, or the Barceloneta Beach.

No reception area!!! (The management office hours are everyday from 9 am to 21 pm. It is mandatory that you call us when you arrive in Barcelona, and before you arrive to the apartment to receive your exact check in time.)

No luggage storage: (If you are leaving Barcelona after the 11 am check out time, luggage can be stored in the Sants train station or the Nord bus station.)

Cash on arrival: (The remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only! Other currencies, credit cards, or checks not accepted.)

48hrs cancellation policy: (Please note that cancellations must be done by email a minimum of 48hrs prior to arrival date. otherwise you will be charged the first night accommodation.)

Security deposit: Understand that if your group is 6 people or more you may be required to leave a 100% refundable security deposit.

Apt. Rambla is located on Pg. del Rellotge (Pg. del Reloj) with the street Escudellers. The entrance is a large wrought iron gate near the Placa George Orwell.

METRO: Liceu

FROM BARCELONA AIRPORT:
Take the Aerobus to Placa Catalunya. Then take a taxi or the L3 metro (green line) to the station Liceu.

FROM SANTS TRAIN/BUS STATION:
Take the L3 metro (green line) to the station Liceu.

FROM NORD BUS STATION:
Take a taxi.

TAX INFO: If you take a taxi tell the driver 'Las Ramblas with Escudellers'

(When you arrive to the street ESCUDELLERS you will need to walk down the street ESCUDELLERS to the #57, or about 150 meters until you see a large piece of abstract modern art. The entrance to PG. DEL RELOJ is la large and tall metal gate located on the right side of ESCUDELLERS, between Bazar Oriente and Restaurant 'La Concha' , that is the entrance to the courtyard where the apartment is located.
