'La Casona de Hermosa' is in the picturesque village of Hermosa between Solares and Liérganes.

Whilst able to enjoy the peace and quiet of village life surrounded by the verdant hills and valleys of Cantabria, our guests benefit too from the relative proximity to the attractive coastal city of Santander with its ferries to England and Ireland and flights to other strategic cities in Europe.

The building is typical of the large country houses to be found in this part of mountainous northern Spain, and has been tastefully remodelled by its owners retaining the very best of local architectural detail.

There are nine guest rooms in the hotel, each with its own bathroom, two with jacuzzi and one boasting its own cosy living room area. Whilst a lift provides easy access to all floors, throughout the entire hotel, tradition and comfort have been tastefully combined to ensure our guests a restful and enjoyable stay.
