PLANET WAVES NICA / LA CASA DE PEPPE is a stylish Guest House located near enough town (check the map below) to be able to fully enjoy the night life whilst at the same time on the road out to Maderas, perfect for hitching a ride.
There is a common living room with hammocks, common kitchen (free coffee with an Italian caffettiera) also beers and water for sale.
2 double bedrooms with A/C and private bathroom with hot water.
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (total 4 people), A/C (one of the few!!) and private bathroom.
The Guest House has 24h security helped from my dog NAPOLI.
We also have FREE internet WI-FI, laundry room & free use of the bikes.

Its a 'real' 13 minutes walk from San Juan del Sur center.
4 to 6 minutes by bike.
Remember to ask for LA CASA DE PEPPE (thats how most of locals call it)
At: 150 meters from San Juan beach.
25 minutes drive to Madera beach.
20 minutes drive to Remanso beach.
Playa Madera and playa Remanso are the closest and most beautiful surfing beaches of San Juan del Sur !!
