�Welcome to Airlie Waterfront Backpackers, located in Airlie Beach, the gateway to the beautiful Whitsundays and the Great Barrier Reef.
We are magnificently located across from the beach and foreshore, and just a short stroll from the main street, lagoon and bus station.
Having undergone a recent refurbishment, you�ll find our rooms modern, clean and air-conditioned, most with en suite showers & toilets. We also have two communal areas and balconies with stunning ocean views. FREE Wifi for all in house guests.
Looking to escape? It�s time to relax and enjoy the activities the area has to offer. It's your choice of sailing, diving, island resort accommodation, rain forest exploring, seaplane flights, skydiving, fishing, kayaking and more!
Our hostel has a full tour desk to help you with any inquiry. You can also email us prior to arrival with any sailing inquiries and we're happy to provide unbiased, local advise.

Important: Office is open from 7am till 8pm, for late arrvials please call to make arrangments. Any cancellations need to be made by 2pm the day BEFORE check-in. For groups of six or more cancellations need to be made by 2pm three days BEFORE check-in.

From the bus station please walk back up the street 100m and you will find us directly opposite the beach
CAR:
As you drive into Airlie Beach follow the main street and turn left into the Esplanade - you'll find us on the right hand side.
PLANE:
Catch a bus transfer from the airport (Proserpine/Whitsunday Coast) or ferry & bus (Hamilton Island) and tell the bus driver that you are staying with us, so they can drop you off nearby. |
