LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!

Victor Lodge is a family run bed & breakfast offering the best value accommodation in one of the best locations in Canberra. They have been catering to travellers from all parts for many years, with a friendly, family atmosphere. Many guests return or send family and friends to enjoy Canberra and a stay in a great location. Please note that all bathroom and toilet facilities are shared, down the hallway.

Good clean accommodation in a great location BUT you must make your own fun or go to some of the great bars, pubs and restaurants close by. We take no responsibility for fun just good value accommodation.

Children over 5 years are allowed, accompanied by an adult, but must be booked direct, NOT on this site. Children under 5 can not be accommodated.

Excellent Location
Just a few minutes walk from the exciting areas of Kingston and Manuka giving access to the best restaurants, pubs and shops in the Canberra region. Catering to all travellers whether you are in town on business or holiday.

Rooms
Victor Lodge has a range of accommodation to offer including singles, doubles, twin share, and family rooms. All include the FAMOUS breakfast!

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, undercover barbecue area, TV room with cable TV, laundry, High-speed wireless Internet access, baths and a relaxing garden area. All rooms have fans and are heated in winter and all beds have duvets/doonas (whatever you like to call them) and great mattresses for that sleep you've probably being missing out on!!

Convenient off street parking is available free of charge. Mountain bikes are available for hire. This is the best way to see Canberra, which has one of the best networks of bicycle paths.

Use of facilities after check out, including luggage storage and use of all amenities, MAY be available upon request and is subject to a fee.

PLEASE NOTE we DO NOT HAVE 24 HOUR CHECK-IN. Reception opens at 7.30am and closes at 9.00 pm. Private rooms may be booked for late arrival provided you phone THE DAY PRIOR to make arrangements. DO NOT make a late arrival reservation without making late check-in arrangements. Individual dormitory bookings will NOT be checked-in late out of respect for other travellers.

- Any of your party is not yet 18 years of age.
- You wish to book 3 or more rooms or more than 5 beds.
- You are arriving after 9.00pm

CANCELLATION POLICY
- All reservations require deposit or credit card number to guarantee a booking.
- Cancellation prior to 24 hours of arrival - no accommodation charge. NB: a non-refundable deposit and booking fee is charged for each booking.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of arrival - loss of deposit and/or first nights accommodation charge to credit card.
- No show - loss of deposit or first nights accommodation charge. N.B: Reception closes 9.00pm.

Easy to find by car, turn off Canberra Ave (one of Canberra's main roads from Parliament House) into our street, Dawes St, can't miss.
Bus number 4 , 5 or 80 from the city to Kingston. Left into Kennedy St and Left into Dawes St.
If you are arriving late (after 9pm) please contact us by phone to arrange late check-in.
