The crystal clear waters of the bay are the playground of the magnificent Humpback Whales from mid July - late November.There are daily trips over to the heritage listed Fraser Island. Hervey Bay offers many activities for all ages including, water sking, jet skis, sea kayaking, snorkelling, dinner cruises, sailing, fishing trips, golf, camel and horse riding, botanical gardens, museums and many more.
